We’re starting to see peeks of Spring! The day I took theses pictures it was nearly 60! Sure it snowed the next day- but still we’re on our way.
I’ve been actively purging my wardrobe of things that really just needed to go, because after 3 kids more than just my shoes don’t fit the same way anymore. This means I need to start thinking about what I want to add to my wardrobe as we approach the season change.
The One Thimble release of Winter Wears Amuse Boho offered to fill a hole I’ve been seeing. A comfortable, loose fitting woven, that still has SOME shape to it.
I choose a real light flowing print. I picked it up at my Jo-ann’s. The light fabric is a perfect drape for this pattern. The pattern offers instructions on a knit hack, I was tempted to go down that road, but I’ve been really trying to push myself to find some woven patterns I love.
One Thimble is an electronic sewing magazine that includes sewing patterns for women and children as well as sewing technique articles. You can learn more about One Thimble and the Amuse Boho here. You can purchase the entire magazine or patterns individually.
It was a little windy on picture day 😉 Hey Spring!
The Boho comes in tunic and multiple dress lengths, a couple sleeve length options, and hem shapes. Love some good options! I’m going to add this pattern to my list to include in a wardrobe capsule I’m working on. This print is a little more fun, but I think it’s going to be great in a solid for layering and throwing on to look cute and put together.
