We are very excited to announce our Ruffled PJ pattern is available! We are grateful to everyone who offered support and tested the pattern while we worked through the process of taking our single size, drafted for at home sewing, to a digitized PDF in ranging sizes!
Donna and I have enjoyed growing our online home here. We plan to keep posting tutorials, pattern reviews, and good old fashion Sew and Shows. We are also really happy to be able to occasionally add a pattern to our shop. We would like to show you our first!
The Ruffled PJ pattern includes a top and pant sized 12 month to 6. It is suitable for a beginner sewer, and offers lots of options to personalize for a more experienced sewer.
The top has a lined bodice, and closes with 3 buttons to the back, although it is easy to change up if buttonholes aren’t your thing! We’ve made them with snaps, and the one in this post closes with velcro – no changes to the pattern needed.
The pattern fits loosely across the bodice for kids who prefer things less snug when they sleep. It also gives a GREAT twirl factor!

The pants are an easy fit and sew. They have a simple elastic waistband and an optional cuff. Mix and match your prints any number of ways. Use one fabric or five.
We would love to see your Ruffled PJs, so make sure to share them to the Flickr group HERE.
The pattern is in the shop now. Go take a peek!

It’s a really sweet little PJ pattern. I was delighted to test the pattern and will add my pictures to the Flickr group.
Such sweet pyjamas!!! Love the fact that the top is nice and long… no cold backs at night.
Congratulations! The ruffle on the top and the cuff on the pants are adorable details.:)
